Did you know that 32 of the 66 books in the Bible make mention of the Creation or Adam, the first man?(broken down by writer it is more like only 16 books were written by a writer who did not mention it.) Do you realize what that means to those who want to accept evolution and the Bible at the same time? If the first two chapters of Genesis are a fable, parable, myth, allegory, or anything else other than the true accounts of the origins of the universe, earth, life, and mankind; then the reliability of the rest of the Bible, as well as God and Jesus, is called into question. How can we trust what the Bible says about the end if we cannot trust what it says about the beginning? How can we trust a God who would make up stories instead of telling the truth? How could we trust Jesus to be right about Heaven if He was wrong about Adam and the creation? We must choose! Either the Bible is true or evolution is true, you can't have them both.
Simply a Christian. "Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ." (1 Corinthians 11:1) "Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
